About The Chairperson, Environment Committee
Tosin Olabimtan is a corporate and promotional gifts entrepreneur with a stocklist of exclusive
interior décor items. She also manages Meraki Organics, makers of Meraki organics,
manufacturers of NAFDAC-certified Meraki skincare products, including Meraki Black Soap
Wash, Meraki Bath Soap With Coffee, Meraki Shea Butter Balm, and Meraki Coconut Oil.
She went into organic soap production after extensive research on ideas to impact the lives of
fellow men, especially having been blessed immensely by God and by those God has surrounded
her with. She said, “It is in this quest that I started asking God to give me an idea, something that
will not only satisfy me in terms of profit but something I will do with passion and that anybody
that uses it will be blessed by it.” When she finally concluded on the idea of skincare, she knew it
has to be organic.
Driven by this strong passion to positively impact the lives of others, she encountered Rotary. She
loves the Rotary ideal of selfless service to humanity in the areas of global peace; provision of
health care and safe water to communities as well as the time of fellowship of the Rotary Club of
Lagos.
She was introduced to the Rotary Club of Lagos by Past President Larry Agose and was inducted
as a Rotarian on February 20, 2018. Past President Ehi Braimah was the president at the time.
Tosin Olabimtan is currently the Chair of the Environment Committee. She has also served on
the Youth Service Committee. In the current Rotary year and under the leadership of President
Babawale Agbeyangi, her committee executed the tree-planting project and development of the
Rotary Club of Lagos Park at Dolphin Senior High School, and the donation of safety life jackets
to the Lagos Ferry Services to ensure safety on our waterways thereby reducing hours of
commute and enhance wellness.
